Dear Dave:

It is good to hear your soothing "voice" again. People here have become spoiled by your reassuring presence; I am no exception. :-)

There has been persistent selling pressure,--beyond general market conditions,-- behind P6 since Sep 9, albeit low volume. This smacks of people in-the-know selling into any sign of rally. Coupled with the conspicuous "silence" of knowledgeable people on this board of late, this has raised concerns in me.

My concerns have to do with how the Company can handle integration *at the current pace of acquisition*. They also have to do with my not being able to find any specifics offered by the Company on *how* it is executing its Application and Web Services strategy. This, after all, is where enhanced value offerings (to your aggregated base) will come from in otherwise crowded and unprofitable ISP and backbone businesses. To be specific, QWST is moving into the co-location business already benefiting players like Exodus and AboveNet. What is P6 doing along the lines of building data centers, etc.?

Any insight you can offer on these subjects will be greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, welcome back!

Thanks and regards,
Dick
