Fellow out here did that in '76, but he was a little late. A lowlife BASTID came out of his car firing on a DPS officer that had stopped him, At a nearby rest stop, a deer hunter that had stopped to use the facilities, heard the shots and looked down the road and saw what was going on. He grabbed his rifle and hit the lowlife five out of five. dropped the lowlife for good. Unfortunately the felon had emptied his 32 and the officer's 357 into the Officer.
