Just as it sounds, it's the reverse of a Cup and Handle, and has bearish implications. nasdaq.com This is the chart for CUBE, which did a reverse cup and handle from Nov 1 to Feb 1. I would also call this a downtrend triangle. Interestingly, ESST and CUBE are in direct competition with each other, and put in opposite charts during the same timespan. KH.
