freeus, the first day back to school here was Wed. the 27th. After 3 whole days of school whew after being off for the summer, they get to rest for 3 days over the Labor Day weekend. I do real work on my computer besides doing investment "research" -g-, but I do take frequent breaks. Staring at the screen for too much time in one session makes my eyes very tired. I go outside. It helps the eyes to look at things different distances away. I try to break up the day in as many pieces as possible to break up the sessions on the computer. DK
