No, I am not exempting governments from God's laws. They're set up to administer justice and fairness for its citizens who ought not do that for themselves. If the president claims he is acting out of "love thy neighbor as thyself" in official policy, then how does such love demand that one set of his neighbors is oppressed with ever-mounting debt to fund the welfare of another set of his neighbors? If he wants to quote the bible about love, let him understand that it says "Love does no harm to a neighbor;" Romans 13:10.
