Why do you assume that I live in Idaho? --- Idaho, Montana, Texas. I just figured if you were on the MSFT thread and didn't work for MS (and living in Washington), you must be... oh, never mind. Rudedog has me rethinking this whole MSFT militia thing and has me all confused now with Texans driving around with gun racked pick-up trucks listening to Klezmer bands, Kronos Quartet music and Maya Angelou readings on Pacifica radio, sporting side by side NRA and 'Free Leonard Peltier' bumper stickers. --- I can think of better things to do with $40,000 --- Jeez, for that kind of money you could get HBO and Showtime. <g> --- I think you're right about wireless broadband and who knows what other (repeating xDSL, etc) technologies will come along. One gets the overwhelming feeling we'll all be plugged into the big plumbing soon[1], and largely thanks to pro-consumer federal regulation (and the DoJ). -JCJ ---[1] disclaimer: militia members and PC fundamentalists - That is unless you don't *want* to. <g>
