I can't help laughing when I read the article. I stick to what I believe. Rumors are usually not truths.
Intel, muted by Prop 211, at this moment, will only state the fact instead of speculation.
Facts : Asian PC market shows strong demand, 100% fabs utilized, P-pro 200 and P54CS-200 are in the shortage of supply.
Speculations : Will PC system face a big inventory problem if Q4 isn't that good as they expect (like Packard Bell last year)?
Time will tell.
IMHO, the best way to reponse this is to do nothing.
If I saw 2 digit again, I personally will add more.
