Food Extrusion, Inc. Forms Strategic Alliance With DuCoa L.P.

EL DORADO HILLS, Calif., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Food Extrusion, Inc. (OTC: FODX) announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with DuCoa L.P. to introduce and market its RiceX(TM) Stabilized Rice Bran and RiceX Ricelin(TM) products to the pet food and swine industry markets. Under the agreement, DuCoa L.P. will dedicate technical and sales resources to the formulation and development of FoodEx's products as ingredients in the pet food and swine industry markets. The U.S. market for ingredients and additives in animal feed for these industry segments is estimated to be $11.8 billion annually.

DuCoa L.P. is recognized as a leader in the animal health and nutrition industry specializing in the livestock and pet food markets. Currently they market throughout the U.S. as well as 50 international countries.
