Hank, I received the company's annual report yesterday. In the last paragraph to the shareholders President and CEO Kenneth Darby says "The company faces many challenges as it moves into 1998. The Asian currency crisis is already affecting our Pacific Rim sales, and the pace of industry new product introductions will require further investments in engineering. In addition, more investment and resources will be required to achieve further international market penetration. In spite of its heavy debt burden, the Company hopes to make further progress in its quest to be a world leader in engineered CCTV systems". More negatives than positives IMO, I closed out my position. John
