There are two conferences later this month where Neotherapeutics will make presentations, Society for Neuroscience and Technovest. That, coupled with the new web page is a good step toward better PR, even though these two things may have been in the pipeline for some time. None of the press releases before 1999 can be viewed from the press releases list on the web site so work on the web site is not complete. As I recall though, the Society for Neuroscience is where they made a big announcement last year. I hope that there will be good news for the stockholders because conferences before the scientific community are the most appropriate places to make announcements and report test results. Perhaps the new patent will alleviate some of the worry about competitors catching up and make them more comfortable about disclosing more details of test results and detailing the differences between Neotrofin results and the drugs already on the market. Perhaps UCI can be persuaded to talk about the PET tests at one of the conferences.
