We are building a company we can all be proud of!
Dear Jhild,
Delay in responding to you was that I rarely look or believe anything I see on this site, and I am busy running our company and building the share value. I am really not obligated to address your demand for answers, being you are not a shareholder nor are you involved in the company in anyway. Everyone who is interested in our company is aware of what is going on because they are on our company mailing list. All these questions are answered there. We are currently increasing our sales rapidly over last year with great sports products shipped all over the USA. We are striving to build share value by building a successful company; any investment in a start-up company like ours is highly speculative! However we are building a company we can all be proud of. Because there are those who might want to look at us as a possible investment, I will answer your questions.
This is the first audit I have participated in and the auditing firm is one of the largest in the state of Texas and they are very thorough. We did contract them in December to begin in January; they were not able to schedule us until February. Their initial examination of our records is complete and they are in our offices now (March 13, 2000) for their next examination in the audit. Because this is our first audit I cannot comment as to this being the last visit or if they need more information. It will be completed when it is completed. Filling depends on other people to finish their work and I cannot make commitments concerning anything accept my work. When they are done, then I will work to get it done. Near the end of last year we had hoped to be done at the end of last year. We had no idea of what was really involved. The things about this process that are puzzling to you, would not be puzzling to you, if you where the President and CEO of a small new Corporation. (Even companies like PINCE, experience unforeseen delays or other problems.) The person you speak of, Spencer, resigned from this company almost one year ago (March 19th 1999) and he has never been involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.
We will be moving our operations from Bedford, Texas to Irving, Texas in the next week to our new corporate offices and warehouse at 3625 Conflans Irving, Texas. Our new all sports division, Eonlinesports.com Inc., has opened its fully operational secure e-Commerce site at eonlinesports.com We also have a bulletin board message center on the site where our customers, coaches, and athletes can ask Olympian Earl Bell questions on technique.
We will be announcing the hiring of our new CFO Wayne Farrar of Fort Worth as a new director and Wayne is now handling the audit, which should speed things up. I trust again my honest answers should be sufficient to allow us to complete our tasks!
