The number of shares outstanding on Yahoo and else where is not correct. They state about 47,500,000 shares outstanding. This was current on Sept. 30th 2005.

There are now approximately 193,000,000 shares of common outstanding. In addition there are 1,000,000 shares of series D preferred outstanding (held by Greenshift). All shares of Series A, B, C preferred have been redeemed for common or retired by greenshift for series D preferred.

You can verify this by reading the 8K 10Q and 10K reports on SEC.GOV under the Edgar Database. The 10KSB (for year 2005 ending in DEC) is due Monday.
