Yes, Bill, I'm bullish on GIFS. VERY bullish. IF GIFS buys all 400,000 outstanding unrestricted by 12/24/96, the company is "undiluting" (I just made that word up) its shares outstanding. I am giving them at least until the end of January '97 to achieve membership in NMS. I have more information coming from Mohammed (CEO, GIFS). I'll report back soon. Best, Caroline
