Yes the company is still in business. From what I understand from the company here is what is going on:

1) They are going to be having a press conference at their Boca clinic on Sept. 8
2) A show called STRANGE UNIVERSE filmed Dr. Jacobson and will be doing a segment on the technology
3) At the press conference they will discuss the animal studies and other developments
4)They have been working with a gentleman named Richard LIlly who is a CFA at Whale Securities. He is supposed to be working on additional funding and joint ventures. He has been also sending various parties to the clinic to see the machine and meet Dr. Jacobson. Mr. Lilly was one of the initial financiers of Viragen (NASDAQ:VRGN)
5) The company has expressed to me that they are being very conservative as far as releases go due to the sensitive nature of the developments that are occuring .
