What's the deal with RSYS? Good news releases, and we get a down day? I tell you, small cap tech stocks are undergoing a serious bear market while the DOW keeps roaring ahead! "They" keep saying that small caps will have their fun in the sun some day, I'm still waiting! This is an exceptional buying opportunity though!
