Ardner, In addition to being incompetent in his assessment of the PC market, Carl has once again demonstrated that he is shameless. Earlier in the year he kept claiming that PC demand would be soft in 1996. It was also his opinion that Intel was NOT a good investment in the 50's and 60's. He was, however, VERY bullish on Cyrix. Carl has a real chip on his shoulders regarding INTC. His claim early in they year that Cyrix would "soon" take 30% of Intel's market share shows how little he understands the market. Carl continues to cast Intel is the most negative light possible. Anyone who uses Carl's advise to make investment decisions deserves what they get. Carl may be a nice guy, but his comprehension of the PC market is entirely lacking. FF
