Teri, Your statement of "dishonesty" reminds me of a company I enjoyed very much. California Micro Devices ( CAMD ) made a lot of money for me a few years back I was a trader in those days. On Friday I bought 2,000 shares @ $14.00, feeling quite smug with myself. Monday morning it opened @$7.00 and trading was halted. It seems they had made a "mistake"in accounting procedures. I eventually sold it for $8.00+. Only recently I was invited to a class action suit and decided it was not worth applying for. I do not know how successful these are and I just don't need anyting to get me upset any longer. Yeah AMAT Norm
