He apparently views the world through war metaphors. Every time someone talks to him at any length, he injects all sorts of violent, me vs. the world, destruction-of-competitor images into his speech. Kind of like what Bill Gates would say if he owned up to himself. It goes without saying that he's very competitive. Kind of scary stuff, but I'm glad he's working for me!
