Seems that way. But bear in mind, the unconfirmed report only
said that WCOM and AOL were `in talks'. Not a done deal.

BTW, ANS FY97 rev $175m, of which 70% was from AOL online service,
which networking/access AOL would have to purchase from WCOM.

Yes. Need more detail and confirmation. Lots of `inside sources'
reports in past that haven't panned out.
