Re: WLL in India and cost of running backbone to villiages. India is a small and very dense country. I don't expect the cost of running the backbone would be very much compared to the daunting task of running wires to every dwelling. WLL is a natural, Globalstar is too expensive for mass deployment in India and I doubt it could handle the volume of traffic anticipated for the WLL system. Bux
