They could use a 1040A only I imagine....the complexities are there for their benefit... You freaking idiot. You can't report sales of IRC 1231/1245/1250 property on a 1040A. And neither can you attach a 4797 to it. Some of the more complex provisions of the IRC and you think people can stick it on 1040A? Where the hell are you going to put it, dumbass?
