The American Bar Assocation gives her its lowest rating. The California Bar Commissions on Judicial Nominees says 3-to-1 that she's unqualified. ========Republicans, as with Rice, think that choosing two women and one who is actually OMG BLACK!!!! would make them look like really good racially-tolerant guys. Actually, it makes them look like bigots parading around their affirmative action puppets for their own political purposes.
