It's funny how two people can get two totally different impressions out of written text, because I feel quite the opposite about KE's demeanor, after reading the text of the call. Maybe I missed the parts you are specifically referring to. I still don't think the "Asian" excuse holds much water in the overall scheme of things, but he adequately explained why he used the excuse in the CC.
