Rich, at this point, no one knows the earning (I hope).

The stock market is pretty much a gambler's market (depend on
if you watch it day by day). There is a lot of rich people out
there who can swing the market day by day to their advantage.

The MM and institutions, the options, the ... has an influence
why the tech-stock can go up and down 10-20% gyration. At this
high level of valuation of some company, (eg. my TXN), it will
swing wildly.

Don't worry too much about the lawsuits, both MSFT/sunw will survive
and both make a lot of money. MSFT wants all/most of it and sunw says
you put your hand in my pockets and I put mine in yours.

MSFT will have their way of Java of somesort, it's up to sunw not
to let its own protected.

MM and institution loves this stuff, so are the brokerage houses,
so one won't buy and hold.
