I don't think today is all that strange in light of history. SUNW tends to be very volatile around earnings day, especially with options expiration so close.

Having said that, I have no idea whether it will pop back up or go lower the rest of the day and tomorrow. I bought some more today, and have just cleared with my wife to buy still more if it continues to drop. (Of course, anything I do is a mere drop in the bucket, so meaningless w.r.t. what the stock will do.) I am convinced that Sun has good products in a growing market and good management that is attuned to its shareholders, and thus my "strategy," if you can call it that, has been to accumulate as many shares as possible at as good a price as possible and to hold for the long term. So far I can't complain (although the last 600 shares I've bought are under water right now, largely as a result of today's action).

JMHO. Not intended as investment advice.
