This article, to me, was a reminder of just how unappreciative the nutjob left, including tejek and bentway, really are. These soldiers are coming home from a thankless job to a thankless left.

It is a shame that the Left has continued to disrespect our soldiers now as they did during Vietnam. So many times we heard, "We'll never treat our soldiers like that again" -- and here we are, a few short years later, and these guys still get no respect.

Dude, keep posting your ridiculous lies but we know the truth. It was the Rs who did not want to armor the hummers in Iraq....."you came with the army you signed up with", it was the Rs who didn't care about the condition of VA hospitals, it was the Rs who did not want to increase the pay of soldiers, it was the Rs who overextended the military, forcing them to do back to back tours of duty, etc.

"He despised the cowardly attitude of a lot of the politicians that brought into question the value of what they were doing over there," David Pautsch said. "He despised the idea that so many Americans were too gutless to stand up for what they believed."

Many of us on the left did not want to invade Iraq over questionable issues and engage in a long and costly war. Deal with it!
