Oops...I just looked in my own database and realized that the company actually raised the exercise price a few months ago (along with an extension in the expiration).

Of course, the higher exercise price makes the warrants all the more unreasonable. In fact, believe it or not, the Black-Scholes value of the warrants is a mere $.15.
