Nope, I am aware of that "rule", which by the way is not a rule.
Brokerage firms don't like it, but no broker can tell a client he can't sell his IPO, it's illegal to do that. What they can do is tell you if you flip it, you won't get any more IPOs.

I'm going to call a good friend of mine tomorrow that knows *everything*, (it's his job) and find out what the deal is and let you all know, because I screwed up in the first place.

And if Greg Jung is around, my cousin wants to speak to him in the back yard.
