James,

Being a previous owner of this dog of a stock, I can't recommend it.. I bought it just after it went public seeing exactly what you're seeing now: No inventory, low risk, fast growth....

The biggest problem I think En Pointe is facing currently is keeping costs down. They are supposedly getting into the higher margin portion of value added services, but it seems that the fruits of those labors have yet to bear any fruit. Also their supposedly superior computer inventory program (can't remember the name) is running behind schedule and overbudget.

I bought this at $12 almost two years ago watched it soar up to $24 when IBD did a positive story on it, and saw it sink back to $10 when they couldn't improve earnings.

This is a great stock with great potential, and a seemingly good value; but personally I don't see this stock going anywhere unless they can improve earnings significantly for at least the next two quarters, maybe even longer...

In this market I absolutely would not sell a big name like Gulfstream to get into a smaller company like En Pointe.

Check out their last couple of annual reports, and do some more research.... Let me know what you think - I could be wrong (it wouldn't be the first time!)

Eric B.
