** OFF TOPIC **

Hi Ibexx,

I think the networking market represents a large enough opportunity for more than one big player. I am not suggesting that COMS/USRX's potential success would come primarily at the expense of CSCO. My point is that it is too soon to judge if the COMS/USRX merger was a good idea or if each would have been better off competing in the networking arena on their own. Keep in mind that COMS is not only competing against CSCO but others players such as ASND. I think the COMS/USRX merger could represents a big problem for ASND and some of the other networkers.

For the record, I currently have no position in COMS but did make a very healthy profit last year. *IF* the COMS/USRX merger is going to be successful, I think it will take time. There is no way to integrate two companies of this size in 7 or 8 months are realize all of the synergies and benefits that are being sought. I will watch COMS carefully in the coming quarters to determine if I think getting back in is the right investment decision.

Good luck,

FF
