I just sent this e-mail to the company: What is your reasoning behind selling Divicom? Are you thinking of your investors and the future? To make things worst spin off or sell the remaining semiconductor operations upon the close of the Harmonic deal- ending C-Cube's existence as a separate public company. Explain this to me - I have been a share holder for 5 years and as other investors had high expectations - now what? Where does this put us? Why don't you get on CNBC and explain this entire deal to the street. No one really knows what is happening - the stock is doing nothing and the mean time we all sit and wait. A explanation is in order. Thank you. Susan Mueller
