"70% approval rating when everybody knows he "Boinked Monica"....Clinton can get out of any adverse situation and come out a winner." I would like to think the present state of the country and its economy was responsible for his high rating. I didn't think he looked terribly smooth with the choice of wording he used when the press jumped on him. I chuckled during his tirade about getting back to running the country. His shutting up so that people could reflect on how much money they made this year allowed him to come out a winner. Later Chucky
