Kelster, you are too hilarious - for a while there, I thought you were describing the situation on January 1, 2000.
Terrific, fact+wisdom-rich post, though in all seriousness. That would be simply awesome if Quote.com could occasionally post factual technical update info like they did this week (IQC's post was even better, telling their users the exact steps they're taking, and estimated dates to deployment). My patience factor would certainly go up, and I'm sure a lot of others. It's just good business, and many of their customers -- who like yourself, are technically astute and not easily snowballed -- would become much more supportive and cooperative.
