I don't see how anyone could possibly see it that way, but i will try to take you at your word, hard as that is...

that jurisdiction falls under the DOJ as you proudly proclaimed yesterday.

My proclamation was not about the UN Convention on Torture which has never changed its position on waterboarding or torture.

And what constitutes torture is not for the DOJ to decide. Courts make those determinations which may or may not agree with the DOJ's opinion.
