If the rich don't earn then where will the revenues come from. If the rich leave California then what ? Didn't you hear Arayana state that is why she paid no taxes.

There is no wealth tax. The rich shelter there money as they are in charge of the tax laws. Ever here of a poor Kennedy ? If you really believe that crap you spout then you would favor a flat tax and a consumption tax.
