Could it be that people are holding back on contributions until the winner for the President becomes obvious? I am looking at the state campaigns being the ones in need of contributions at this time. The races for the House and Senate are essential to win. With strongly financed state elections by local donors---------the super pacs can concentrate on the National campaign------- now and after the Pres. and VP are named.
