Ally,

Salter Street Films: SSF salter.com

Earnings per share on a fully taxed basis (45 per cent) in the fourth quarter of fiscal 1999 were 18 cents, compared with 18 cents per share in the same period of 1998, and fully taxed earnings per share for the full year of fiscal 1999 increased to 43 cents from 27 cents for fiscal 1998.

Revenues from production and distribution decreased slightly from year before but revenues from investment and other increased, (possibly this is from their investment in Salter New Media)

Earnings per share were $0.25 for 4th Q and $0.59 for Year ending Oct 99.
The share price is on a down trend and closed Fri. at $2.85.
There is 7.2 million shares issued. I picked up a small amount last week but am holding off buying any more till I do more DD.

Salter Street's television programs include the award-winning and top-rated comedy series This Hour Has 22 Minutes, the family drama series Emily of New Moon (a co-production with CINAR Corporation) and the science fiction series LEXX (a co-production with TIMe Film und TV Produktion).

Salter New Media Limited is an affiliate of Salter Street Films Limited, created in association with Maritime Telegraph and Telephone Company, Limited (MTT), an Aliant company. The company focuses on the creation of original, branded content for the Internet.

Your's and other's thoughts would be appreciated.

Derrick
