Mike, On what basis are you predicting positive results? Not trashing the stock, but I would genuinely like to know what you have been told, or what you have read. The last filing I saw was in regard to the a REG S the company did for a paltry amount of approx $150,000 back in May. This company has been relying primarily on REG S offerings to fuel its operating costs. The 8-K filing on May 21st discusses this. I hope whatever you have heard is worthwhile and not just a means for Wyn Holloway to add a few extra rooms to his mansion... :0\| Regards, Ron
