Frank there is no proposed acquisition now. AGTI did not go through with the proposed acquisition. It fell through... This leaves AGTI free to do what they want. Frank, with the share price going down and the volume of share outstanding going up, AGTI will be playing with the idea of reverse split again.. . What gives you the opinion that AGTI has approval to sell in every state in the USA
