rruff, I can't blame Shiva for looking for a deal....The timing may well have been at the mercy of the suitor...But the share price has to be more at the mercy of Shareholders...especially when the Board can re-price.
The 6 bucks HISTORICALLY isn't in the best interests of the shareholders despite what Zucco said. How could it be? Based on what ?
Disclosure is sorely needed. The 6 bucks needs explaining.
