The G7 leading industrial nations were set to announce proposals for far-reaching financial reforms designed to make the world economy more secure. The initial estimate of U.S. third-quarter gross domestic product is due at 0830 EST/1330 GMT. Economists polled by Reuters forecast on average a 2.1 percent growth rate
