I don't know. Attorney JLA posted yesterday that when it's an interstate call, Federal law applies. I haven't heard much more about prosecuting Tripp under Maryland State law. I trust we'll hear loud and clear from the Maryland AG if they think they have a case. Recall when they announced the investigation. The very day Tripp began her GJ testimony. No politics there.<VBG>
