I think that the key difference between JMAR's laser plasma source and the non-laser one being created under the Sanders contract, is that JMAR's source show's promise for commercial production rates. I assume that the work that SAL (http://www.xraylitho.com) is doing to integrate the source with one of their steppers will make it easier for them to deliver one of JMAR's sources with one of their steppers.

Of course, we are all in the dark as to what progress JMAR has made with their source since the middle of last year.
