Tito, in Point and Figure Charting by dorseywright (DW) a $3.00 is just considered a noise and therefore nothing to be considered. I expect down the road, what DW calls a shakeout phase that AMAT could have a $9-$10 downtick as AMAT builds a base to move upward.

The point is not to panic.

The key is we are in the stock which every element of the technological revolution must have. Naturally, traders, brokers who have missed this stock wants to drive it down so that they can get on board.

When I bought AMAT at $27 last October I had brokers telling me, "Paul, AMAT is overvalued." However, they are silent now and some of them are now running to get into the stock. Beware of the brokers, and analysist. People do not operate outside of their self-interest. Neither do brokers and analysist. Those of us who Ski have a saying, "Do't eat the Yellow Snow!" :)
