They also have proposals to contract out retail stores and bulk mail facilities." ...Well, to sum it up, they're making a big deal of this in Philadelphia, we will just have to wait and see if it goes anywhere. Remember when a phone call used to cost 10 cents and then overnite, it increased to 100% to 20 cents, and then again to 25 cents. I for one, wouldn't mind if it happend to a stamp. Benny
