I am fairly omniverous, I will eat almost anything, but there are some things I'd far rather let Chris have my share, and one of them is sea urchin eggs. He is very fond of sushi, and I've eaten many an odd thing to keep him company, like octopus, jellyfish, and salmon roe, but sea urchin eggs are too intense for me. They taste like the ocean, but boiled down, like the most intense ocean you will ever taste. Too much. Shad roe are pretty intense, but I will eat them. Crab roe, now that is a delicacy. And caviar! Ah, caviar. Too bad it costs so much.
