Ted, > Its you making the accusations, not Z nor I. It's me paying the taxes, not you or Z. I pay more but I certainly don't get more. Why don't you remind me why you left CA in the first place? Prop 13? That's right. The state was running on fumes. I have never seen a place as big as CA make so many bad choices. Truth be told, the place scared me and I would have left sooner had I been able to sell my house.
