Steve, (re: cost of NC's v. PC's)

A big part of the cost is also the cost of the software license. Say you have 500 PC's, and want to upgrade to the new MS Excel. At $100 a copy, the cost is $50,000. If you have NC's and only have to upgrade the server, cost is $100. I don't know if Microsoft and the other software companies could charge licensing fees for NC's; but it sure would be hard to police.

NC's are as much of a threat to MSFT as to INTC.
