I had heard rumors some time back that there was talk about privatizing, but did not realize USPS was actually moving forward on some fronts. I can't remember the last time a nationwide postal strike was threatened. Seems like it was probably a couple decades ago if then. This would sure be the type of issue that could trigger talk of one... even if it is illegal.
