Al, > 45M people who don't have HI ALL chose not to have it.... I'd say about half of them did. At least I would agree that universal health care would drastically lower the number of uninsured. Perhaps that's reason enough to adopt it, faults and all. Just be aware of the side effects ... Tenchusatsu
